★ COMPATIBLE WITH 2 x 3 RACKS ★ – These J-Cups were designed to fit 2x3 squat or power racks; specifically, our Synergee Squat and Power Rack. These J-Cups mounting pegs that are compatible with 5/8” openings; AND an adapter to fit racks with 1”-openings.
★ 750 LB CAPACITY ★ – When set at equal heights on your power or squat rack, these J-Cups can hold 750 lbs combined. Add some plates to your bar and get squatting, get pressing, and get those gains!
★ 3.3” SHELF ★ – The arm of the J-Cups extends 3.3 inches out to hold your barbell securely. The end of the arm is expertly bent with precision to hold the bar in place. A thick layer of plastic bolted onto the upright and horizontal parts of the hook to reduce metal-on-metal contact between your J-Cups and barbell.
★ WHAT’S IN THE PACKAGE ★ – This option comes with (2) Synergee J-Cups that are compatible with 2x3 racks with 5/8” or 1" holes . These J-Cups are 6.5” in height and offer a 3.3” shelf to hold your barbell. They come with removable mounting peg adaptors, and are also equipped with a tightening knob.
