GERMAN STYLE: The saw frame features a 4.5” wooden handle. When fully extended the frame measures 6.5”, with a blade opening of 5.25”. The width of the frame is 3.5”. The frame is completely adjustable and can be locked into place with a turn screw.
BLADE ASSORTMENT: This kit includes 36 blades in 3 sizes – 12 pieces each of #1/0, #2/0 and #3/0. All the blades are very flexible, measure 5.25” in length and feature a smooth side as well as a sharp, serrated side. Please use caution when touching the blades.
EASY TO INSTALL: Unscrew the frame and open to the length of your blade. Screw tightly closed. Loosen up the screws on the open side of the frame. Lay the blade in the lip, serrated edge facing away from the saw. Tightly screw one side. Push the frame against the table and screw the other side.

The Beadsmith’s Saw Frame is an essential tool for any jeweler. Made in a high-quality German style, our frame is adjustable and very easy to use. When fully extended the metal frame measure 6.5”, with a blade opening of 5.25”. The saw features a 4.5” wooden handle that is very comfortable and secure to hold. The kit includes 36 blades, 12 each of 3 different sizes: #1/0, #2/0 and #3/0. The blades are very flexible and have a smooth side as well as a serrated side. Please handle with caution, as the teeth of the serrated side are very sharp.
To replace or add a blade, unscrew the frame and open to your desired width, which will depend on the length of your blade. Close the screw tightly to hold your frame in place. The little notch on the opposite side of the handle can be rested on the edge of a table for better stability. Loosen up the screws on the open side of the frame. Lay the blade in the lip, serrated edge facing away from the saw. Screw the blade furthest away from you. Push the frame against the table to create tension and tightly screw the other side. We highly recommend using safety goggles when replacing blades and working with the saw. A quick note: blades often break, so don’t let that discourage you! One of the advantages of having an adjustable frame is when your blade breaks towards one side (not in the middle), you can easily adjust the frame to accommodate the new size of the blade.
