Some things to note about this Pepper Mill Grinder

1. Only refill with dry, granulated sea salt, rock salt, peppercorns, etc. Never fill with wet spices or spice powders as they will clog the grinder outlet.

2. Use a single salt pepper shaker set to grind one spice and try not to mix them. For example, don't use a electric pepper mill for pepper and vice versa, otherwise the mixed taste will affect the flavor.

3. Regularly clean the powder outlet and ceramic grinding core with a soft cloth or brush to remove any remaining powder.

4. If you need a deep clean, you can rinse the spice container and ceramic grinding core directly with water, but you must let it dry thoroughly before refilling the spices, otherwise the spices will clump due to moisture.

5. The spice container and the bottom plate of the charging base can be removed separately and washed with water, but the live parts of the main unit and the charging base cannot be washed with water.

6. After filling with spices, please place the salt pepper shaker upright, do not turn the salt grinder refillable upside down.

7. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
