Precautions:

1. Hydraulic oil should be replaced once after about 90 working hours since the first filling. The hydraulic oil should be replaced once a year/about 1400 working hours thereafter.

2. The power unit cannot filter foreign matter in the hydraulic cylinder, so the inside of the hydraulic cylinder must be kept clean to prevent the control valve from malfunctioning. The pipeline should also be kept clean.

3. The oil filling amount of the oil tank should be 95% of the capacity, and the oil volume must not be less than 90%. When the system is started for the first time, check immediately whether there is enough oil in the tank.

4. Our hydraulic electric pump is fully assembled. It comes with an M1.8*1.5 handheld remote control and SAE#6 connector. The entire power unit is easy to wire and easy to operate. Just add hydraulic oil and connect the power supply and pipeline to start.
