Operation tips:

Step 1: Remove six E10 screws which fix the pulley on the crankshaft hub to remove the front pulley. Do not remove the crankshaft front bolt.

Step 2: Remove the valve cover and oil pan to clean all belts.

Step 3: Use the puller seal and puller screw to remove the oil seal. Screw the seal puller to the seal with your hand while applying pressure inward. Use the wrench to continue rotating the seal puller until it becomes difficult to rotate the wrench.

Step 4: Slowly turn the head of the seal puller bolt, and you will see the oil seal gradually appear. Continue to turn the bolt until the oil seal is fully pulled out. If the seal puller is released during this process, please repeat step 3.

Step 5: Apply engine oil to the hub and apply primer to the side of the cylinder.

Step 6: Install the seal pusher guide to the crankshaft hub.

Step 7: Install the seal pusher on the seal pusher guide with the open end of the seal pusher facing the engine. Align the groove of the seal with the connecting line in the engine block, so as not to damage the threads. Turn the nut to push the seal in.

Step 8: Make sure that the gasket is fully inserted, and use the sealant to fill the groove of the seal that is aligned with the connecting line of the engine body, then the installation is completed.
