FOR POROUS STONE & HARDSCAPES - Suitable for porous natural stone, pavers, concrete, brick, masonry, slate, flagstone, patios, walkways, driveways and garden edging. Not recommended for glazed tile, polished stone, glass, metal, wood, asphalt, submerged areas or flexible surfaces.

WATER-BASED READY-TO-USE FORMULA - Clear water-based sealer is ready to use and does not need dilution. Apply with a sprayer, brush or roller on a clean, dry surface. Use thin, even coats and avoid puddles, heavy buildup or uneven application.

FAST DRYING & 2-COAT OPTION - Touch dry in approx. 30-60 minutes under normal conditions. For stronger color enhancement and a more pronounced wet-look finish, apply a second thin coat after the first coat is touch dry. Keep the treated surface dry for 24 hours and allow 72 hours for full cure.

COVERAGE & SURFACE PROTECTION - 1 gallon covers up to approx. 300 sq ft for one coat or 150 sq ft for two coats. Coverage varies by porosity, texture and application amount. Helps resist water, oil and UV exposure while maintaining a clear finish on compatible porous surfaces.

Use on clean, dry, porous surfaces such as patios, walkways, driveways, garden edging, stacked stone, flagstone, slate and masonry. Always test on a small hidden area before full application, as final gloss and color enhancement may vary by surface color, texture, porosity and application amount.
