How to use ?
1) Immerse sharpening stone paitree in water for 5-10 minutes, put stone in bamboo base with rubber holder on a flat surface
2) Use the sharpening stone to sharpen the knife.400grit side for rough grinding, 1000/3000 grit sides for fine grinding, 8000grit side for mirror polishing.
3) After honing, clean the knife with water and use a soft brush to clean the stone, then keep it dry.
