It only needs 4 batteries to reach the performance of the old product with 8 batteries. About the trail camera Pre-use instructions: 1. Be sure to switch the camera's power OFF before inserting /exiting the SD card（max 32GB） and loading/unloading the batteries.（not include） 2. Formatting the SD card before using it for the first time is recommended. (Put the switch to "AIM " --Press OK key to skip to "FOrn_" page and use UP/DOWN to change the “N” after “FOrn_”to “Y”-- Press OK to format the SD card . ) About how to use the trail camera: 1. Install 4pcs AA batteries (NOT INCLUDED). 2. Install SD card (CLASS 6 or higher class Up to 32GB max, NOT INCLUDED). 3. Put the switch to "AIM", then formatting the SD card and setting the trail camera(Time/ Date, Interval Time etc). 4. Put the switch to the ''ON'' position, The notion indicator LED will blink red for about 10 seconds. Then shut down; it will enter the PIR detection state. the trail camera starts working. Warm Tips: 1. Please format the memory card in the camera when using it for the first time and do not insert or take out the SD card when the camera is ON. 2.
