Description
Package Includes: This large party balloon kit includes 10 giant 36 inch pastel latex balloons, 10 coordinating tissue paper tassel tails, and 10 clear fishing lines measuring 137.8 ft each. You receive two balloons in each color group, giving parents, teachers, planners, and hosts enough matching pieces to build a balanced display without sourcing accessories separately.
Soft Pastel Palette: These jumbo pastel balloons with tassels use five pastel color pairings for a calm, cohesive look: pastel aqua with mint green, light blue with light blue, yellow with yellow, pink with dark pink, and light purple with light purple. Arrange all ten as a gentle rainbow backdrop or space them apart for elegant photo accents at softly themed celebrations.
Quality Material: Each giant latex balloon is made from thick natural latex to support lasting inflation during your event. The precut tissue tassels are ready to fluff, while the included 0.5 mm clear fishing line is strong and nearly invisible once hung.
Easy to Setup: Inflate each giant balloon with helium for floating displays or air for suspended arrangements, fluff the precut balloon tassel tails, then attach the clear line and hang or anchor the finished piece. The straightforward process helps to create coordinated decorations with less preparation.
Wide Applications: Use these giant balloons with tissue paper tassel tails for pastel birthday parties, baby showers, gender reveals, weddings, graduations, classroom events, and photo backdrops. Group all ten into a dramatic balloon arrangement or display them individually around entrances, dessert tables, stages, and gift areas to add soft color and a warm festive atmosphere.

Common questions about buying open-box and refurbished.
Why buy refurbished or open-box?
Refurbished and open-box products offer the same performance as new at a fraction of the price. You're already saving $2 on this listing. They've been inspected, tested, and are ready to use — the only difference is the price tag. Buying refurbished also reduces electronic waste, extending product life cycles and keeping functional devices out of landfills.
What's the difference between open-box and refurbished?
Open-box products are customer returns that have been inspected and confirmed functional. They may show little to no use — often the item was returned simply because the buyer changed their mind. Refurbished products have been professionally repaired or restored by technicians, tested to meet or exceed manufacturer specifications, and sometimes come with a warranty. Both are a smart alternative to buying new.
Why use OpenBoxFox?
Finding refurbished deals is time-consuming — you'd have to check Amazon Warehouse, Reebelo, Dyson Outlet, and others separately for Wiooffen products. OpenBoxFox aggregates these listings in one place, so you can compare and find the best deal without the legwork. We update pricing daily so you always see current availability and real savings.
Is it safe to buy refurbished?
Yes. Products listed on OpenBoxFox come from established retailers like Amazon, Reebelo, and Dyson — not unknown third-party sellers. Each retailer has buyer protection policies, return windows, and in some cases warranties. You get the price advantage of used goods with the purchase security of a known retailer.
