Wait 10–30 seconds for automatic connection.
【Smart Functions Explained】 Power: short press to turn on; long press to turn off (even during ignition). Temperature unit switchable between °F and °C (top left corner). Temperature range: 180°F – 500°F. Probe function: alerts you when target temp is reached and switches to keep-warm mode. Smoke control: rotate from 180°F to cycle SP6–SP1 (SP4 recommended for first use). Knob operation: rotate to adjust temp, short press to confirm, long press to reset network.
