How To Care For Your Bamboo Steamer

It is very important you do not use a dishwasher to clean your Bamboo Steamer, as the natural bamboo material is not designed to be dishwasher safe. Thankfully it couldn't be easier to clean, simply wash with a cloth dipped in warm, plain water. For more stubborn smells use a half a cup of vinegar in one gallon of hot water to wipe over the food steamer. NEVER use abrasive chemicals, solvents or detergents as this may damage the bamboo surface. 

Always make sure you let your bamboo steamer completely dry putting it away.
