BACKFLOW PREVENTION: The Watts Lead-Free Brass Anti-Siphon Vacuum Breaker Backflow Preventer prevents the reverse flow of polluted water from entering into the potable water supply. Polluted water isn't just dangerous for consumption, it can also harm water lines.

LEAD-FREE BRASS CONSTRUCTION: This 3/4" backflow preventer is equipped with everything needed to efficiently prevent the backflow of water: female NPT inlet and outlet end connections, a chemical-resistant silicone seat disc, chrome hood, and an atmospheric vent to prevent spilling. It also has a full-sized orifice to assure pipe size capacity and maximum flow.

DURABLE DESIGN: Suitable for use on both hot or cold water, this preventer is constructed with a highly durable forged brass body, and its compact construction ensures it can be easily handled during installation. It has a broad operating temperature range of 33 degreesF (0.5 degrees C) to 250 degreesF (121 degrees C), a minimum required pressure of 25 psi (1.7 bar) and a maximum of 175 psi (12.1 bar).
