BACKFLOW PREVENTION: The Watts Lead-Free Copper Silicon Alloy Reduced Pressure Zone Backflow Preventer Assembly with Flood Sensor provides the ultimate mechanical protection against cross-connection hazards and impurities at the service line. It is specifically designed to prevent the reverse flow of polluted water from entering into the potable water supply due to back-siphonage and/or backpressure.

COMPREHENSIVE FEATURES: This assembly is constructed with a highly durable lead-free copper silicon body, ensuring long-lasting performance and compliance with industry standards. It is equipped with a bronze strainer, NPT connections, quarter turn ball valve shutoffs with tee handles, screwdriver-slotted top-mounted test cocks, two in-line independent positive seating check modules, and captured springs.

FLOOD SENSOR: Includes an integrated flood sensor compatible with SentryPlus Alert technology, detecting excessive water discharges from the relief valve. When activated through an add-on sensor connection kit, the flood sensor can send an alert to notify users of potential flooding.

INLINE SERVICEABLE: This compact modular assembly is equipped with replaceable check seats with an internal relief valve for reduced space requirements, as well as a modular check construction and internal parts that are serviceable in-line from the top of the unit for ease of maintenance.
