The perforated bottom allows steam circulation, preventing drying. The right side, about 20L, fits 40-45 buns of 6" length, with a solid bottom to prevent excess moisture.

SAFETY FEATURES: The hot dog machine is equipped with a dry-burning prevention device for protection. A low water indicator lights up to remind you to refill, and it automatically resumes operation after refilling. If the water level is below the safety line, it automatically cuts power to stop heating.

EASY TO OPERATE: Simply lift the top lid and pour water into the perforated tray. Open the drain to empty the tank without tilting the machine. The lid and food racks are removable for easy taking and placing food. Stainless steel casing and tempered glass doors ensure durability.
