Place the stainless steel pan on the heat sourceand heat it over medium heat for about one minute, then wipe off the water with a cloth. Turn the heat down to low and pouran appropriate amount of cooking oil into the non stick pan. Wait oil hot, place ingredients into the frying pan gently.
Post-Cooking Cleaning
Cool: Let the non stick frying pans cool down completely after cooking. Neversubmerge hot stainless steel cookware in cold water -suddertemperature changes can cause warping or cracking. Let it cooto room temperature first.
Clean: Wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge after use.
