Description

Compact size allows the earpiece to be fully hidden within the ear canal, enabling discreet listening for music or calls. The slim black loop cable is easier to hide under clothing, and it integrates call button and volume control buttons for easy operation. Compatible with various devices including smartphones, tablets, and handheld devices, supporting 3.5mm audio jacks, Apple Lightning, and Type-C connections. Supports phone calls, music listening, and radio reception. Completely in-ear design that is ergonomic for comfortable and secure wear.

The VKBAND 918 Mini Wireless Earpiece is a micro-sized, wireless inductive receiver that converts audio signals through electromagnetic induction. This device enables covert communication, making it ideal for situations where wearing visible earpieces is impractical. With a mobile phone and a network connection, you can communicate freely and discreetly. It's widely used in various scenarios, including speech prompts and exam assistance.

How to Use

1. Install the battery into the earpiece and insert it into your ear canal.
2. Connect the inductive loop to your mobile device (insert into the 3.5mm audio jack, or use an adapter for Lightning or Type-C).
3. Wear the inductive loop around your neck, hiding it under your collar or clothing.
4. Begin making calls or listening to audio.

Important Notes

1. To connect the earpiece to an iPhone, you will need a Lightning to 3.5mm audio adapter or a Type-C to 3.5mm audio adapter. Please ensure you use an Apple-certified adapter, as many third-party options may not function correctly, potentially leading to issues such as no sound or call failures.
2. To minimize noise interference while using this device, keep it away from electrical equipment such as personal computers, speakers, televisions, and refrigerators.
3. Due to RF wireless technology, a slight noise may be audible when the earpiece is in use; therefore, it is not recommended for listening to music.

Common questions about buying open-box and refurbished.

Why buy refurbished or open-box?

Refurbished and open-box products offer the same performance as new at a fraction of the price. You're already saving $20 on this listing. They've been inspected, tested, and are ready to use — the only difference is the price tag. Buying refurbished also reduces electronic waste, extending product life cycles and keeping functional devices out of landfills.

What's the difference between open-box and refurbished?

Open-box products are customer returns that have been inspected and confirmed functional. They may show little to no use — often the item was returned simply because the buyer changed their mind. Refurbished products have been professionally repaired or restored by technicians, tested to meet or exceed manufacturer specifications, and sometimes come with a warranty. Both are a smart alternative to buying new.

Why use OpenBoxFox?

Finding refurbished deals is time-consuming — you'd have to check Amazon Warehouse, Reebelo, Dyson Outlet, and others separately for VKBAND products. OpenBoxFox aggregates these listings in one place, so you can compare and find the best deal without the legwork. We update pricing daily so you always see current availability and real savings.

Is it safe to buy refurbished?

Yes. Products listed on OpenBoxFox come from established retailers like Amazon, Reebelo, and Dyson — not unknown third-party sellers. Each retailer has buyer protection policies, return windows, and in some cases warranties. You get the price advantage of used goods with the purchase security of a known retailer.
