Description

PERFECT FIT & COMPATIBILITY: Pre-filter size: 15.6" x 15.6" x 0.79", available in 5 or 10 packs. Designed to fit Mounto AF500, Drieaz HEPA 500, CADPXS Shield 550, Mounto 1000 CFM HEPA, and BlueDri AS550 air scrubbers. Please check the size of your current filter before ordering to ensure the correct fit. ESSENTIAL PRE-FILTER PROTECTION: Acts as the first line of defense by capturing larger particles before they reach the main HEPA filter. This helps extend the service life of your primary HEPA filter, reduce replacement costs, and maintain consistent system performance. RELIABLE FILTRATION PERFORMANCE: Captures airborne particles commonly generated during renovation and restoration projects. Maintains steady airflow to help keep your air scrubber running efficiently in demanding jobsite environments. DURABLE CONSTRUCTION: Reinforced frame prevents collapse under strong retaining clips. The optimized pleated design improves particle capture while maintaining balanced airflow, while the metal mesh helps the filter keep its shape in humid conditions. EASY REPLACEMENT: Each filter is individually packaged for clean storage and convenient use. Simple drop-in installation — no tools required. For best performance, replace every 2–3 months, depending on usage and job conditions.

Keep your air scrubber running at its best with these replacement pre-filters. Each filter measures 15.6" × 15.6" × 0.79" and is compatible with Mounto AF500, Drieaz HEPA 500, CADPXS Shield 550, Mounto 1000 CFM HEPA, and BlueDri AS550 air scrubbers. Acting as the first layer of filtration, it captures larger airborne particles before they reach the main HEPA filter, helping extend its service life. The pleated design and reinforced frame with metal mesh backing help maintain strong airflow and reliable performance. Suitable for dust and airborne particles commonly found in homes, workshops, and jobsite environments. Each filter is individually packaged for clean storage and quick installation, and for best results, it’s recommended to replace the pre-filter every 2–3 months, depending on usage.

Common questions about buying open-box and refurbished.

Why buy refurbished or open-box?

Refurbished and open-box products offer the same performance as new at a fraction of the price. You're already saving $9 on this listing. They've been inspected, tested, and are ready to use — the only difference is the price tag. Buying refurbished also reduces electronic waste, extending product life cycles and keeping functional devices out of landfills.

What's the difference between open-box and refurbished?

Open-box products are customer returns that have been inspected and confirmed functional. They may show little to no use — often the item was returned simply because the buyer changed their mind. Refurbished products have been professionally repaired or restored by technicians, tested to meet or exceed manufacturer specifications, and sometimes come with a warranty. Both are a smart alternative to buying new.

Why use OpenBoxFox?

Finding refurbished deals is time-consuming — you'd have to check Amazon Warehouse, Reebelo, Dyson Outlet, and others separately for Vilaso products. OpenBoxFox aggregates these listings in one place, so you can compare and find the best deal without the legwork. We update pricing daily so you always see current availability and real savings.

Is it safe to buy refurbished?

Yes. Products listed on OpenBoxFox come from established retailers like Amazon, Reebelo, and Dyson — not unknown third-party sellers. Each retailer has buyer protection policies, return windows, and in some cases warranties. You get the price advantage of used goods with the purchase security of a known retailer.
