Installation Guide

Step 1- Remove the old seal ring: power off, ensure the refrigerator power off, safe operation; Use the hot air of a hair dryer (or soak in hot water at 60℃ for 5 minutes) to soften the back glue of the old sealing ring, which is easy to tear off; Remove from the corners slowly, and clean the residual glue with alcohol or glue remover.

Step 2- Pretreatment of the new sealing ring: The new sealing ring may be curled due to transportation, and gently blow it with the hot air of a hair dryer to make it smooth; Temporarily fit the new sealing ring along the door frame to ensure that the length and camber match.

Step 3- Fixing the starting point: Install the refrigerator door from the upper left corner, align the buckle or rubber strip on the inside of the sealing ring with the groove of the door frame, and press the sealing ring to firmly fit.

Step 4- Step by step installation: straighten and press in a clockwise direction to ensure that the seal ring is fully embedded in the groove without wrinkles or bubbles; Gently pull the seal ring at the corner to adjust the curvature and avoid overstretching resulting in deformation.

Step 5- Finishing and strengthening: If the length is too long, use scissors to cut along the end (keep 1-2cm margin is safer); Use a hair dryer to blow the whole medium hot air for 10 seconds to enhance the back adhesive; Hand press all the way around the seal ring, especially at the corners, to ensure that there is no loosening.

Step 6- Test the sealing: After closing the door, clip a banknote on the door seam, draw out obvious resistance to pass or shine a flashlight on the door seam in the dark environment, if there is no light leakage, the seal is successful.
