Description

DURABLE BRASS CONSTRUCTION: Made from high-quality brass, this solenoid valve offers durability and corrosion resistance for industrial use. It is designed to withstand temperatures from -10°C to +180°C, making it ideal for steam-based applications in demanding environments.

OPTIMIZED FOR STEAM SYSTEMS: With a pressure range of 0.5 to 6 Bars, this solenoid valve is tailored for steam applications. The integrated PTFE gasket ensures high-temperature resistance and reliable sealing performance under steam conditions.

RELIABLE SEALING TECHNOLOGY: Equipped with a PTFE gasket, the valve provides long-lasting durability and exceptional resistance to high temperatures, ensuring reliable operation in steam systems.

PRECISE AND SAFE OPERATION: This direct-acting, normally closed (NC) solenoid valve remains closed when de-energized, delivering fail-safe performance. Its rapid response time (under 1 second) allows for precise control in steam flow regulation.

USAGE LIMITATIONS AND LONGEVITY: Not intended for continuous use beyond 8 hours per cycle to prevent overheating. Under optimal conditions, the valve is rated for over 1 million cycles, offering a dependable and long-term solution for steam applications.-Made in Türkiye

What is Steam Solenoid Valve? Steam Solenoid Valve is an electromechanical valve that allows or blocks the movement of steam in one direction in a pipeline. This valve is controlled by a magnetic coil called a solenoid and is often used in a system such as a steam boiler. Steam Solenoid valve increases the efficiency of the system and ensures its safety by ensuring the movement of steam in the right direction. Where is Steam Solenoid Valve Used? Steam Solenoid Valves are designed for installations with high temperatures (80°C – 180°C). It is generally used in industry and facilities to control steam. It can be used in steam systems to control the distribution of steam, to ensure that the steam is sent to the right areas and to regulate the flow of steam. It can also be used to ensure the operation of steam powered appliances and the safe use of steam. Solenoid valves; It is manufactured in two types as normally closed (to open the closed valve when it receives energy from the coil) and normally open (to close the open valve when it receives energy from the coil). Normally Closed Operation System Normally Closed Solenoid valve initially allows the passage of fluid. In order for the valve to open, the coil moves with the electric current coming to the coil, pulls the core upwards and opens the mouth of the orifice hole, and thus, the fluid under high pressure advances to the outlet quickly from the bypass hole. With this progress, the pressure inside drops very quickly and a pressure difference occurs inside. Due to this difference, the diaphragm overcomes the spring force and rises upwards and fluid passage is allowed, so the valve is in the open position. All this happens in a very short time. Our product is designed to get the best efficiency.

Common questions about buying open-box and refurbished.

Why buy refurbished or open-box?
Refurbished and open-box products offer the same performance as new at a fraction of the price. You're already saving $127 on this listing. They've been inspected, tested, and are ready to use — the only difference is the price tag. Buying refurbished also reduces electronic waste, extending product life cycles and keeping functional devices out of landfills.
What's the difference between open-box and refurbished?
Open-box products are customer returns that have been inspected and confirmed functional. They may show little to no use — often the item was returned simply because the buyer changed their mind. Refurbished products have been professionally repaired or restored by technicians, tested to meet or exceed manufacturer specifications, and sometimes come with a warranty. Both are a smart alternative to buying new.
Why use OpenBoxFox?
Finding refurbished deals is time-consuming — you'd have to check Amazon Warehouse, Reebelo, Dyson Outlet, and others separately for UNOX products. OpenBoxFox aggregates these listings in one place, so you can compare and find the best deal without the legwork. We update pricing daily so you always see current availability and real savings.
Is it safe to buy refurbished?
Yes. Products listed on OpenBoxFox come from established retailers like Amazon, Reebelo, and Dyson — not unknown third-party sellers. Each retailer has buyer protection policies, return windows, and in some cases warranties. You get the price advantage of used goods with the purchase security of a known retailer.
