SMALL - Fits Neck Size 10 -17" and Chest Size 14-17" Measure around the lowest part of your dog's neck near the shoulders. And then measure around the largest part of your dog's chest, directly behind the front legs.
VERY IMPORTANT - Measure your dog with a soft tape measure and then use the size chart to determine the correct size. If between two sizes, order larger size. Save time and avoid disappointing your pup with too large or too small size.
