How to use:

① Preparation before transfer: Keep the transfer surface horizontal, and the inclination or descent between the transfer surfaces shall not exceed 6 inches. Too much tilt may cause too fast sliding speed or inability to sit firmly, resulting in falling. Ensure that there is a sufficient length of transfer plate on both transfer surfaces to prevent slipping.

②Before the transfer, enough space should be reserved for the transfer. The nursing staff can try to simulate the transfer to confirm whether there is enough space and whether the transfer board is placed stably. After confirming the conditions, tell the patient how to transfer later, so that the patient has enough psychological preparation.
