WHAT IT DOES: The adapter converts a gooseneck trailer for towing with an existing fifth-wheel hitch. The lower standard 2-inch kingpin locks into compatible fifth-wheel hitch jaws, allowing users to keep their current fifth-wheel towing setup. This product does not convert a fifth-wheel trailer to a gooseneck ball and does not connect to a 2-5/16-inch hitch ball.

30,000-LB GTW STRUCTURE: Rigid steel construction, reinforced gussets and a strengthened kingpin base help distribute towing forces through the adapter. It is suitable for compatible flatbed, equipment, livestock, agricultural and heavy utility trailers. IMPORTANT CLEARANCE NOTICE: This is a straight adapter with no built-in offset. It does not create additional cab-to-trailer turning clearance. Short-bed truck owners must confirm clearance separately and use an appropriate slider hitch or other approved clearance solution when required.
