Use of bearing rollers instead of plastic feathers greatly reduces friction and makes feeding smoother; The rollers are spring loaded to keep pressure on varying contours of the workpiece.
This table saw jig is made of aluminum alloy, CNC-machined, anodized surface, flexible polyurethane wheels, solidly constructed, has a longer service life than plastic feather board.
The pressure of the wheels can be adjusted as required by turning the brass knob; To a certain extent, it can be used as a table saw thin rip jig.
Fit 3/4 x 3/8 inch and 3/8 x 1/4 inch T-Slot track, can work with most standard table saw, router table and band saw; Smaller size, lower profile, support horizontal and vertical installation.
Use two rolling featherboards on either side of the blade to achieve accurate cuts with maximum control of the workpiece, and no need to get your fingers close to the blade, greatly increases safety when cutting.
The bearing roller feather board fits easily into the T-slot and locks securely, firmly pressing the workpiece against the fence for precise and smooth cuts. The pressing force is adjustable,to a certain extent, it can be used as a table saw thin rip jig to get consistent cuts and thin strips.
