COMPATIBILITY - Designed to fit any watch that uses standard 16mm spring bars. The size you need is the same as the lug width of your watch band (or buckle width if the spring bar is to be used for a buckle). The 1.5mm diameter fits most bands and watches. (Due to dimensional tolerances, the diameter will be between 1.78mm and 1.80mm).

CHOOSING THE WIDTH - To determine the appropriate width, measure the width between the lugs of your watch at the point where the band attaches or refer to the manufacturer's specifications (usually available online). 1. What are spring bars? Spring bars are small rods with a spring inside that are attached to the lugs of a watch. Spring bars are used to secure and attach straps or bracelets to watches. A watch has two spring bars, one on each side, since a bracelet or strap is attached from two sides. A spring bar has a spring inside, so it can be attached to the lugs by compressing the spring inside to shorten its length, and then releasing the spring locks it into place. Removing a spring bar is ideally done properly with a special tool. Some spring bars are difficult to remove, but some can be removed with a toothpick or similar, so make sure you have the right tool. 2. Spring bar size Depending on the type of watch, spring bar sizes vary. Not only in thickness, but also in width. Larger watches generally have wider lugs, so you will need wider spring bars. There is no point in getting a spring bar that fits your watch, so you need to check the lug size of your watch first. A quick internet search will usually tell you what size spring bars you need. Search "Your model + lug size" or "Your model + Lug width". Technically you could also measure the distance between the inside of the lugs, but an internet search should give you an accurate answer.
