The Original Drop Set Pins for Gym | Made in USA | 5/16" Pin | Red — Open-Box, 5% Off

ENHANCE YOUR WORKOUT: The Drop Set Pin by Performance Pin is a unique and patented gym accessory designed to allow quick and easy weight adjustments. Particularly useful for those who enjoy performing drop sets, these transform selectorized equipment into "variable resistance machines".

RESEARCHED-BASED GAINS: Drop sets are scientifically proven to stimulate muscle growth. The increased time under tension fatigues muscles more effectively, promoting hypertrophy and increasing strength gains.

VERSATILE: Can be used on any weight machines and selectorized equipment that accepts 4"L x 5/16"D selector pin at home, gym, or fitness studio. Drop Set Pins with 4"L x 3/8"D dimensions are available upon request.

EASY TO USE: Pre-select multiple weights to use during your drop set then load the spring by rotating the activator, sliding it down the body, and locking it in the notch on the body. Lastly, insert into the weight stack. Nothing to install or attach to equipment! Please watch the provided video on this listing for a detailed demonstration.

DURABLE: Made with High Density Polyethylene and Stainless Steel to withstand tough training sessions. The rust-resistant materials ensures years of reliable use.

COMPATIBILITY: Ensure that the weight stack holes accept a 4" long, 5/16" diameter pin by measuring the default weight stack pin. Please confirm these dimensions prior to ordering. This item is also not compatible with exercise equipment that contain enclosed weight stacks with guards.

MADE IN USA: Our patent protected products are proudly Made in the USA. Patent US 9,468,791 B2

The Drop Set Pin by Performance Pin allows the trainee to perform additional, lower-weighted repetitions beyond the point of failure. When used as directed, they greatly increase the efficiency and intensity of your workout, all without even touching the pins or weight stack! They provide a method for the trainee to continue unassisted for more advanced, weight-descending multiset training techniques, commonly referred to as Drop Sets. These pins eliminate the delays common with repositioning weight selections and user positions on weight stack equipment. When a decrease of resistance is needed to continue the drop set, simply lower weight to resting position, allow the Drop Set Pin to automatically disengage, and continue with your lower pre-set weight selection(s). Before ordering, please be sure to check equipment compatibility! This product must be used with a standard weight stack equipment that does not contain enclosed weight stacks with guards! The weight stack must accept selector pins that are 4" long and 5/16" diameter. Ensure that the weight stack holes accept this device by measuring the default weight stack pin. They are not to be used on weight assisted equipment such as the tricep dip/pull-up/chin-up machine.
