The Last 25 Years of Lincoln Wheat Penny Collection 1934-1958 (25 Coins) with WWII 1943 Steel Cent - Complete Set by American Coin Treasures — Open-Box, 42% Off

Set includes 25 genuine Lincoln Wheat pennies dated 1934–1958, a span that captures the final era of Wheat cent production; highlights include the historic one-year 1943 steel cent struck during WWII. Each coin is authentic U.S. Mint issue, with dates and mint marks that vary, adding uniqueness to every set.

Authentic U.S. Lincoln Wheat pennies in circulated condition; most are struck in 95% copper, but in 1943 the U.S. Mint changed to zinc-coated steel to save copper for critical wartime supplies. With America fully engaged in WWII, copper was urgently needed for shell casings, wiring, and military equipment, so the mint produced these unique “steel cents” for just one year, creating one of the most famous coin issues in U.S. history.

Coins ship loose in a rip pack, giving you the hands-on experience of placing each date into the full-color display card yourself. The custom card organizes the entire 1934–1958 Lincoln Wheat penny run and makes the set ready for framing or safe storage in a plastic sleeve, turning your collection into a true display piece.

Display card size 8.635" W x 11" H; Certificate of Authenticity from American Coin Treasures, a legacy U.S. coin business proudly serving collectors for over 30 years and creators of more than 5,000 distinctive historical coin sets.
