Tamron 20-40mm f/2.8 DI III VXD Sony E — Open-Box, 23% Off

Tamron's 20-40mm F/2.8 Di III VXD lens (model A062), a bright standard zoom lens for full-frame mirrorless cameras with Sony E mount.

It is an unparalleled standard zoom: very bright, comfortable to take everywhere, every day, and excellent for both photography and video. Designed for Sony E mount mirrorless fullframe cameras, engineers have focused on maximum portability and ideal for everyday use.

The 20-40mm F/2.8 presents beautiful images across its entire zoom range and is great for both photographs and creating video content for vlogs, Youtube reviews, etc.

In addition, it has incorporated the autofocus mechanism patented by TAMRON, the VXD (Voice-coil eXtreme-torque Drive) linear motor that is extremely quiet and agile achieving a full-speed and very precise focus. With a minimum focusing distance (MOD) of 0.18m and a magnification ratio of 1:3.8 at the widest end, this lens can get as close to the object that offers the added possibility of using it as a macro lens.

With its 20mm ultra-wide-angle focal length you can enjoy a wide range of photographs including landscapes that take advantage of all the breadth of perspective that the usual standard luminous zoom that starts with about 24mm can't offer.
