Great for swimming in a smaller pool - if you have a tiny pool, The best swim tether there is. No need for wave pool. t allows you to swim naturally in a small pool , you get a great workout. The straps are very comfortable and once you are used to it they do not hinder you. Much better than swimming laps, the fact that you can swim continuously without doing turns or getting to push off a wall I think is a more intensive workout. Makes smaller pool swimming a workout!!

Ease of use and comfortable - This new style, we added thick neoprene on the ankle strap. So when you swim , you will not fell scratch. Two ankle straps wrap your ankle, The straps are adjustable.
