These are 30 inch Slipper Springs with 3 Leafs and are rated to 1,500 lbs. each. This would bring a pair of these 30 inch Slipper Trailer Leaf Springs to 3,000 pounds. These are common on 3,500 lb. or 2,200lb trailer axles. The spring are 1 3/4" wide, and 30" from center bolt to the end of the flat leaf. If your springs measure slightly longer than 30" that is normal, springs can flatten out over time and measure slightly longer than they did when they were new.
