Pre-separator is an added-capacity tank adaptable to all Starmix models. Can be used for wet, damp, and dry vacuum applications. Provides extra protection for your Starmix vacuum cleaner's filtration system and filter bags.

Captures large amounts of dust and debris. The pre-separator traps dirt particles before they reach the vacuum cleaner and main filter—extending filter service life and improving suction performance.

Compatible with all Starmix models and most other vacuum brands. Ideal for use with wood, metal, silica, and other fine dusts. Supports dust classes L, M, and H. Maintains HEPA filtration efficiency when used with a pre-separator.

Pre-separator includes essential components such as an antistatic connector hose/top adapter, clear plastic container, and disposable clear plastic bag (replacement part #468549).

Bigger volume: By connecting the Starmix pre-separator to your vacuum cleaner, you can easily expand the container volume by 25 liters. The efficient cyclone technology ensures that the air flowing into the vacuum cleaner is almost completely freed of dust. This means that large quantities of dust and dirt particles are trapped before they reach the vacuum cleaner and its main filter. Protects your filter at full suction power: Fine and coarse dirt is collected directly in the 25 liter container of the pre-separator. With a separation efficiency of over 99% (with the exception of mineral dust >90%), the filter in the vacuum cleaner is only loaded with a small amount of dirt and the filter material is hardly worn. No more worries about sharp-edged dirt particles or stones that could damage your filters! In addition to the cost savings due to less frequent filter replacement, you can work undisturbed at full suction power! Quick disposal & practical transport: The standardized hose connection (35 mm diameter) of the Dustfixx pre-separator is easily compatible with Starmix vacuum cleaners from the iPulse and ISC series, as well as other appliances with a corresponding connection. Equipped with two side carrying handles and a handle for emptying, transportation and low-dust disposal with the help of PE disposal bags is child's play. You can also connect the pre-separator to the metaBOX, HIK-Case & Classic Systainer tool case systems. Avoid unpleasant electric shocks: To prevent unpleasant electric shocks caused by the static charging of dust - through friction, contact and air movement - the Starmix pre-separator is prepared to be antistatic. Static charges are discharged directly to the vacuum cleaner via the pre-separator.
