Using the AC input port, you can power the Starlink Gen 3 router with the original adapter, while the pre-wired internal RJ45 cable delivers PoE/network output from the router to the external RJ45 port. This allows the dish to be set up outside while keeping the router protected inside the case—reducing clutter and speeding up deployment. Short closed-lid operation is fine, though long-term closed use is not recommended due to Gen 3 heat output. Inside, precision-cut EVA foam provides dedicated compartments for the dish panel, router/power supply, Ethernet Adapter and cables, while the reinforced upper tray prevents pressure from damaging the dish. Shock-absorbing foam ensures components remain stable during transport, making this a true standard travel storage layout tailored to the Gen 3 kit.
