Description

GROUNDED TO THE TRAILER: The tire bonnet wraps securely around and over your tire, keeping your vehicle anchored to the trailer while still allowing natural suspension movement on the road or trail. RATED AT 10,000 LB MRC: Built from high-strength poly-webbed straps designed to resist abrasion and wear, this 2" tie-down is rated at 10,000 lbs MRC and 3,333 lbs WLL. SIDEWINDER TIGHTENING: The Sidewinder design dynamically tightens around the tire as you ratchet, while protective end caps on the barrel help guard your vehicle from scratches. ADJUSTABLE 28" TO 40" FIT: A 3-slot adjustment range on the top strap lets this bonnet accommodate tires from approximately 28" to 40" in diameter. COMFORT-GRIP RATCHET: A wide handle with comfort grip and quick-release action makes it fast and easy to tighten and release, even with repeated use. Keep Your Vehicle Grounded to the Trailer, Not the Suspension.

The SpeedStrap Heavy Duty Tire Bonnet wraps securely around and over your tire, keeping your Jeeps, truck, or off-road vehicle grounded to the trailer from start to finish while still allowing natural suspension movement.

SpeedStrap's Sidewinder design dynamically tightens against the tire as you ratchet down, creating a firm, consistent hold. The adjustable strap fits tire sizes from approximately 28" to 40" in diameter. Each 2" tie-down is rated at 10,000 lbs MRC and 3,333 lbs WLL.

The premium ratchet mechanism features a wide handle for easy operation, a comfort grip, and protective end caps to help keep your vehicle free from scratches.

Common questions about buying open-box and refurbished.

Why buy refurbished or open-box?

Refurbished and open-box products offer the same performance as new at a fraction of the price. You're already saving $18 on this listing. They've been inspected, tested, and are ready to use — the only difference is the price tag. Buying refurbished also reduces electronic waste, extending product life cycles and keeping functional devices out of landfills.

What's the difference between open-box and refurbished?

Open-box products are customer returns that have been inspected and confirmed functional. They may show little to no use — often the item was returned simply because the buyer changed their mind. Refurbished products have been professionally repaired or restored by technicians, tested to meet or exceed manufacturer specifications, and sometimes come with a warranty. Both are a smart alternative to buying new.

Why use OpenBoxFox?

Finding refurbished deals is time-consuming — you'd have to check Amazon Warehouse, Reebelo, Dyson Outlet, and others separately for SpeedStrap products. OpenBoxFox aggregates these listings in one place, so you can compare and find the best deal without the legwork. We update pricing daily so you always see current availability and real savings.

Is it safe to buy refurbished?

Yes. Products listed on OpenBoxFox come from established retailers like Amazon, Reebelo, and Dyson — not unknown third-party sellers. Each retailer has buyer protection policies, return windows, and in some cases warranties. You get the price advantage of used goods with the purchase security of a known retailer.
