EASY APPLICATION Clean the joint area, preferably with a stainless steel brush. Then, push the syringe plunger to apply paste along the base metal joint area. With flame 2” to 3” from the surface, evenly heat the workpiece. Avoid playing flame on solder paste until flow temperature is reached. Then, with the top of the flame at the joint area, direct the flow of paste along the length of the joint area. Allow to cool and wash flux residue off using warm soapy water and a stiff brush.
