Snap Studio XL Portable Vocal Booth — the most requested upgrade to the original Snap Studio, the booth that created the portable vocal booth category. We rebuilt it with more space, more sound absorbing material and greater acoustic control for singers, rappers, voice actors, podcasters and producers who record every day. Over 50 lb of sound absorbing material fills the box: the heaviest blankets we can fit, overlapping around the frame to absorb the echo and reverb an untreated room adds to every take, for clean and dry recordings ready for broadcast or post-production. Measured in-house to ASTM E336, it is echo reducing, reverb absorbing and lightly decibel reducing, strongest above 2kHz. With 2x the space of the Standard booth, there is room to sit, move and perform, record a duet, play a larger instrument or set up a small table and chair (not included) for long sessions. Since launching in 2022, we have upgraded the XL three times without cutting corners: blankets 30% heavier, blankets 10% longer, and roof and floor pads 70% heavier.
