Step 1:Prepare and Position the Washer
Place the washer in its desired location and use a level to ensure it is standing perfectly stable and balanced. An unlevel washer can lead to excessive vibration.
Step 2: Install ' Stacking Support Rails ' to the Dryer
With the help of a second person, carefully tilt the dryer onto its side. Use the packing material to protect its finish. Slide the Stacking Support Rails into the designated slots on the dryer's base until you hear a firm clicking sound, indicating they are securely locked in place.
Step 3: Install Metal Brackets to the Washer
Following your kit's instructions, attach the provided metal brackets or support guides to the rear of the washer using the supplied screws. A key pro tip: do not fully tighten these screws at this stage. Leave them slightly loose to allow for minor adjustments when aligning the dryer later
Step 4: Lift and Position the Dryer
This is a two-person job. Protecting the washer's control panel with cardboard, carefully lift the dryer and place it on top of the washer. Gently slide the dryer backwards so its rear legs or brackets engage with the slots on the stacking guides you attached to the washer.
Step 5: Secure and Finalize All Connections
Now that the dryer is correctly positioned, it's time to secure everything.
Tighten All Screws: Go back and fully tighten the screws on the brackets at the rear of the washer.
