2.Set the temperature to the reference temperature of 180 ℃.
3. Wait for 20 minutes.
4. Continue to wait for the bursts about 25 minutes two bursts.
5.Complete moderate baking after about 40 minutes.
Note that the set temperature does not represent the actual temperature of the coffee beans in the pot. If you want to roast coffee beans better, I suggest you use a kitchen thermometer.Insert the thermometer into the small hole of the glass plate, you can see the real temperature in the coffee pot.
