3. Start drilling with a slow drill rotary speed, or the centre bit may be shattered on first use.

5. When drilling, the distance on both sides should be equal. If they are not equal, the force will be uneven.
6. When cutting into walls, floors or ceilings, always check to ensure that no electric cables or water pipes etc are in the vicinity of the proposed cut.
