This grid sits up off the bottom of the sink with sturdy rubber feet to protect the sink from scratches and it stays put and doesn’t slide around.

The support stands are 1"high enough off the sink so refuse can flow off the grates in to the drain.This Sink grid is well made of sturdy and solid stainless steel. Easy to remove and clean.
