The ember orange 1,000 Kelvin LED light features 12 yellow and 12 red LEDs in a silicone molded bulb, extending 5 feet from the controller via the cable and socket assembly.

The kits are powered by 8 AA alkaline batteries, providing an operating life of over 8 hours (batteries not included). Alternatively, you can use a 12-volt DC power supply instead of the battery holder assembly, but please note that the power supply is not included.

The flicker controller features six dynamic modes that create various flame and ember flicker effects. Each kit contains a 6 mode flicker effects control and an 8 AA cell battery holder with a mating DC barrel connector. The battery pack provides 12 volts DC to the flicker control and LED light. The long cable length allows for remotely locating the flicker control and batteries away from the simulated fire prop. The FEC1 flicker effects control provides 6 different effects modes and the control provides 10 flicker speed steps.
