Color-Coded Harness & Manual – Includes matched connectors and butt-connectors plus a full-color manual with single-line wiring: thin black → battery (–), thick red → battery (+), thick black → accessory (–), yellow → accessory (+), thin red → key-switch “switched” terminal (probe with multimeter).
Safety & Installation Tips – Torque all terminals to 4–6 N·m to prevent arcing; secure converter, harness, and wires under vehicle to avoid chafing; install in 0 °C–50 °C, ≤ 85 % RH, with free airflow around the aluminum-cast shell’s vents.
Built-In Protection & Reliability Testing – Never exceed 360 W continuous load (peak surges ≤ 400 W); overload protector trips on over-current (remove load and wait 60 s before retry); each unit passes automated optical inspection, 1 h full-load burn-in, and surge/overload simulation.

Please note the power converter works with any battery packs of working voltage ranging from 36 volt to 48 volt but not higher or lower. The input voltage is preset from manufacture and it is non-adjustable.
The Key Switch wire (thin red wire) is to be connected to the key switch behind the dash. If you don't have a lock switch, merge the two red wire together and connect both to positive input end.
