Description
AUTOMATIC WELDING METHOD: The controller adopts the automatic welding method. While retaining the manual trigger interface, you can choose according to your own usage.
U-SHAPED COLD-PRESSED TERMINAL: The soldering pen and the input wire are connected through the U-shaped cold-pressed terminal, which is easy to disassemble and replace. The power board uses 2 ounces of copper, and the soldering pen wire and input wire use 10AWG multi-wire flexible wires to increase the overcurrent capability.
The soldering pen and the input wire are connected by U‑shaped cold‑pressed terminals, which is convenient for disassembly and replacement. Its quality is guaranteed.
Welding power can be powered by lithium battery or 12V car battery. The package includes a spot welder, a connector, two power input lines, and two soldering pens.
WELDING -PLATED STEEL STRIP: The controller is mainly used for welding 0.1mm to 0.15mm -plated steel strip, and a 25V10000uF high-frequency low-resistance capacitor is added to the power input terminal for energy compensation to improve stability.
Specification:
Item Type: Mini Spot WelderProduct Description:
1: This controller is mainly used for welding small battery repair power banks, power tools, model airplanes, etc.
2: This controller requires users to have a certain electronic basis and safety awareness.3: Although sufficient protection has been done for the drive of the MOS tube, it is inevitable that the explosion tube will appear during use. If there is a explosion tube, just replace one.
4: For those with high welding requirements, please change the welding power source. After actual testing, when the battery uses 3S, 40C, 5000mHA, it can weld 0.1mm -plated steel strip and 0.15mm -plated steel strip perfectly. The welding needle needs to be ground into a round head, the pressing force is reduced, and it can also be welded; When the battery uses 12V, 50AH car level, it can weld 0.15mm -plated steel strip perfectly. Note that it is a car battery, not an ordinary -acid battery.Size: Approx. 0.1 ~ 0.15mm / 0 ~ 0.01in
Package List:
1 x Spot Welder
1 x Connector
2 x Power Input Line
2 x Soldering Pen

Common questions about buying open-box and refurbished.
Why buy refurbished or open-box?
Refurbished and open-box products offer the same performance as new at a fraction of the price. You're already saving $6 on this listing. They've been inspected, tested, and are ready to use — the only difference is the price tag. Buying refurbished also reduces electronic waste, extending product life cycles and keeping functional devices out of landfills.
What's the difference between open-box and refurbished?
Open-box products are customer returns that have been inspected and confirmed functional. They may show little to no use — often the item was returned simply because the buyer changed their mind. Refurbished products have been professionally repaired or restored by technicians, tested to meet or exceed manufacturer specifications, and sometimes come with a warranty. Both are a smart alternative to buying new.
Why use OpenBoxFox?
Finding refurbished deals is time-consuming — you'd have to check Amazon Warehouse, Reebelo, Dyson Outlet, and others separately for Marhynchus products. OpenBoxFox aggregates these listings in one place, so you can compare and find the best deal without the legwork. We update pricing daily so you always see current availability and real savings.
Is it safe to buy refurbished?
Yes. Products listed on OpenBoxFox come from established retailers like Amazon, Reebelo, and Dyson — not unknown third-party sellers. Each retailer has buyer protection policies, return windows, and in some cases warranties. You get the price advantage of used goods with the purchase security of a known retailer.
