TRUCK MODELS: The Power Tailgate Lock PL8140 is designed specifically for classic full size Chevy 2014-2017 Silverado 1500 truck & 2014-2019 Colorado truck. It also fits GMC 2014-2015 Sierra 1500 trucks, 2015-2017 GMC Sierra 2500 trucks, and 2014-2019 Canyon trucks.

AUTOMATIC LOCK: The tailgate will automatically lock & unlock with the vehicle's power door locks and remote keyless entry. The PL8140 includes a power lock assembly, long wire harness, short wire harness, two wire taps & cable ties. Power tailgate lock discourages theft & creates a secured storage.
