[Non-Touch Pilot Arc Plasma Cutter]: The CUT65i plasma cutter features a pilot arc function that utilizes high-frequency, non-touch pilot arc. The torch doesn’t need to touch the metal surface to start cutting. The PA (Pilot Arc) adjustable setting allows users to control how long the pilot arc remains active, helping reduce power consumption when not in use and decreasing electrode wear, which ultimately prolongs the life of consumables

[Built-in Air Sensor System]: This machine includes an internal air sensor that shows air pressure directly on the front panel. Manual adjustment is possible via the air regulator (automatic pressure adjustment is not supported). A rear-mounted air filter and quick-connect 1/4 NPT fitting allow for fast setup. It’s ready to use right away when connected to an air compressor, with optimal performance at 65 PSI and 250 liters per minute airflow (NOTE: Not included the air compressor)

[PT/2T/4T/PA Function]: The post-flow cooling time can be adjusted between 3-15 seconds, which helps dissipate heat from the torch head and extend the life of consumables. A setting of 4-8 seconds is typically suggested for optimal performance. The 2T/4T modes provide different levels of automation in cutting operations, reducing the need for manual control. In 2T mode, the system offers semi-automatic operation, while 4T enables fully automatic cutting. The PA (Pilot Arc) function allows adjustment of the pilot arc duration - longer durations are suitable for cutting materials like mesh metal, while shorter durations help reduce wear on consumable parts
