Oztwel 23.6in 60cm Acrylic PVC Plastic Bender, Acrylic Bender Heater, Plastic Sheet Bender, Manual Hot Heating Bender Tool, with 2 Heating Wires, for 1-6mm Plastic Bending 110V, 800W — Open-Box, 16% Off

【HIGH QUALITY MATERIAL】The body of this PVC strip bender is made of special aluminum extrusions. With 23.6in/60cm length, you can large bend sheets, no need to bend repeatly. Portable, small occupation, low consumption and reliable operation. Heat even and temperature adjustable. For bending Acrylic, Plexi glass, PVC, PC, ABS, PP etc. Applicable thickness is 1-6mm. 【EFFICIENT HEATING】The bender adopts quality 110V 800W heating tube, which can heat the plastic sheet quickly and evenly. Equipped with thermostats, the machine enables you to adjust the temperature as need. Adjust the knob to the 100℃, then the bender will heat up in short time, when the heating wire turns red, adjust the temperature to 65-75 ℃. You can change the heating time according to the thickness of materials. 【Water cooling】The acrylic bender comes with water cooling system, intuitive to set up and work. It can prevent the bender from overheat in operation then ensure high efficiency of bending. With temperature meter, you can also check the temperature of water in bucket in real time, which can ensure better bending effect and protect your safety. Please change the water once the water in bucket exceed 50℃.(It is recommended to use a bucket with a capacity of 20L or above) 【Working principle】This product bend plastics by heating the quartz tube with an electric current. When heating, the tube emit heat and soften the plastic sheet. Then you can bend the plastic sheet by hand or with a shaping die. With water circulation cooling on both sides, there will be no extra thermal deformation. 【LIGHT BOX HEATER】The acrylic bending machine heater is the core part of bending machine. You can assemble various kinds of ideal practical acrylic bender with this heater. It comes with 2 heating wires in case it ever needs replacing. The plastic bender can be widely used in decoration engineering, sign making, display cabinets, aquarium wrapping, lighting LED channel letters, supermarket shelves, curtain walls, large light boxes, etc.

Specifications:

Bending Material Thickness: 1-6mm

Heating Area: 24*0.3"

Instructions:

1.Keep a cooling tank (barrel) of more than 20 liters.

2.First, connect the heater body and the submersible pump with a silicone hose.

3.Place the submersible pump in the cooling bucket, connect the power supply of the pump, and wait for the water to circulate out.

4.Connect the thermostat with the hot bender and connect it to 110V power supply. Adjust the knob of the thermostat controller.

5.The clockwise direction is to raise the temperature, and vice versa. When adjusting, it is not appropriate to rotate too fast in order to avoid damaging the thermostat.

6.When the heating pipe reaches the required temperature, it can place the plastic sheet which needs to be hot-bended on the heating trough.

7.When the sheet is soft enough to be folded manually, it can bend at various angles. According to the different materials, the setting time is different.

Safety precautions:

1.Product heating produces high temperature, heating components should avoid contact with human skin.

2.Please pay attention to the use of the environment, away from inflammable and explosive goods.

3.If you don't use it for a long time, please cut off the power in time.

Note:

1. The water temperature of the machine will continue to rise, please replace the cold water in time.

2. Don't drop the circulating water temperature suddenly.

3. It is recommended to adjust the heat pipe of the thermostat slowly (to red).
