How to use

There are many videos on the internet that may show you how to replace the pump, some tips for the install below:

1. Access to washer pump may be gained by partly removing the inner wheel arch of the bumper trim.

2. The washer pump is push fitted into the washer bottle.

3. The washer pipes should be push-fitted on, some may have a clip to release them if push-fitted on and they are hard to remove heat them up with a hairdryer and they will come off very easily.

4. Never let washer pump run dry as this causes failure, also put more windscreen washer fluid than is recommended as it is less likely to freeze.

5. Do not put anti-freeze into washer bottle, always put windscreen fluid in first then top up with water.

7 mm socket or combination wrench

10 mm socket and ratchet

3/4" socket or lug wrench for the wheel

Torque wrench for checking lug nut torque when finished
