Before use, ensure that the surface to be refinished (such as bathtubs or tiles) is clean, dry, and sanded. Application Recommendations: 1. Key points: Single coat thickness ≤50μm. Avoid thick application to prevent sagging. Thin coats provide more even coverage and better adhesion. 2. Refinishing paint to cross linker ratio: 100:1 (1) For pouch type cross linker: 500g paint : 1 pouch (approx. 5g) (2) Use within 4–12 hours after mixing (shorter at higher temperatures) (3) Stir until no particles, no separation, and no bubbles (4) Do not add excess cross linker, otherwise the coating may become brittle and crack. 3. Mixing time: 3–10 minutes (until no particles or bubbles) (1) Manual stirring: 3–5 minutes, in one direction, to ensure uniform resin/filler distribution (2) Mechanical stirring (300–500 rpm): 5–10 minutes, then let stand for 10–15 minutes to release bubbles Acceptance criteria: No residue on container walls, uniform liquid, no visible particles or bubbles. 4. Interval between multiple coats Standard interval: At 25°C and humidity ≤70%: 2–3 hours (touch dry, no tackiness) Low temperature / high humidity: Extend to 4–6 hours Key application tips: (1) Ensure the previous coat is completely touch dry before applying the next coat, to avoid wrinkling or peeling (2) Use cross roll technique (vertical → horizontal) to improve coverage uniformity.
