NVR is no audio output, need use HDMI cable to connect with HD TV, then allow to hear the sound, and make sure camera support audio function, two way audio need use cellphone app, which means system need connect with network. When u connect to network, it can only support 2.4G WiFi, not support 5G WiFi.

The wireless NVR uses 12V 2A output or 12V 3A output power supply. If you use 12V 1A cameras' power supply to the NVR, the NVR box will not provide enough power to drive the hard drive.

Hiseeu Wireless NVR can up to 16 cameras, u can right click your nvr mouse-system setup-general setup to check your NVR version.

How to pair with camera: 1. right click NVR mouse choose camera 2. press camera reset button about 6s 3. click + icon 4. wait for camera ip address 172.20.14.** show up which means camera add successfully.
