Nitrogen regulator hvac, is a durable brass piston designed diaphragm nitrogen regulator. Delivery Pressure is 0-600PSI. Great for brazing, soldering, welding, purging and pressure testing air conditioning and refrigeration systems, filling shock absorbers, and may many other uses. A nitrogen regulator basically reduces the highly pressurized gas or liquid from the tank into a more usable form. Without a nitrogen regulator, you wouldn’t be able to control the flow of the liquid from the pressurized tank and all of it would be released at once as a result of the high pressure.Regulator has a CGA580 inlet connection, and 1/4 inch male flare outlet connection, self re-seating relief valve (not designed to protect downstream system) and easy to read 2 inch gauge. Gauge 0-4000 PSI. For smooth & accurate delivery pressure adjustment there is a large brass Tee Handle with stainless steel pressure adjusting screw and regulator bushing that prevents galling. Maximum inlet pressure is 4,000psi.
