Intake System Cleaning Steps
1. Pour throttle detergent into the tank.
2. Close outlet valve, open air inlet and hook up compressed air, adjust pressure to 70PSI then shut intake valve.
3. Attach nozzle to outlet, remove front throttle pipe, insert nozzle into throttle body, start engine and open outlet valve to flush.
4. Hold engine at 1000 RPM, rev to 2000-3000 RPM for 30s every 3-5 mins, then idle.
5. Shut down engine and reinstall intake piping after cleaning.
Fuel System Cleaning Steps

2. Close outlet valve, connect compressed air and set working pressure to 43-57PSI.
3. Link quick connector to vehicle fuel supply line and check all joints for leaks.
4. Start engine and keep idle to finish system flushing.
5. Release tank internal pressure then disconnect the tool after use.
6. Reinstall all original fuel pipes and double-check for leakage.
