MITSUMOTO SAKARI 12-Inch Japanese Iron Skillet, Flat Bottom — Open-Box, 11% Off

Japanese Iron Skillet: The deep iron frying pan gives more cooking room than a shallow skillet, helping home cooks prepare steak, eggs, fried rice, stir fry, vegetables and one-pan meals with better space and control.

No Synthetic Coating: Made with an iron cooking surface instead of a synthetic coated layer, this skillet develops its own seasoning through oil, heat and repeated use, helping improve food release over time with proper care.

Flat Bottom for Gas and Induction: The flat iron base supports stable stovetop contact on gas, induction and electric cooktops, helping the frying pan heat quickly and respond to temperature changes during searing, sautéing and frying.

Hammered Iron Surface: The deep hammered surface helps spread oil and reduce direct food contact during cooking, supporting smoother release for eggs, meat, rice and vegetables when the pan is properly seasoned.

Ebony Wood Handle: The ebony wood handle with grip grooves, rivets and a hanging ring helps provide steady control and convenient storage, making the iron skillet easier to lift, move and hang after use.
